I used to have this issue with gaming. Possibly even worse, you'd be amazed how much calmer you are if you change your setup though, if you switch it about so that you can sit down but still keep focus on the screen it helps. One reason people act like this believe it or not is because their setup requires them to sit incredibly close or even stand close to the screen, which isn't a relaxed position, and makes you feel more tense about everything that happens on screen. Also remove costly items.
