Ape hangers that aren't too high, are always comfortable if you have a nice seat and something to lean back on. Perfect for long trips. Those who are hating on apes have just chosen to hate. I've had bikes with both, and and I'll probably always have apes.

@Westyrulz I can ride all day with 18-inch ape hangers on top of 2-inch risers on my Dyna Wide Glide. People that criticize apes are usually those that never had them in the first place.
