Just saw part 1 of your video- that was new this year and yes I can see how it was upsetting for the children.

I was there last year and Santa came right down. It looks like he got stuck this time. It was a fantastic show for the kids. My kids loved it and still talk about it. You should have gone to the Rotana and been crushed by the non-christian crowds looking for the freebies from Santa- much more appropriate :)
