Its hilarious that this trailer, which advertises the new "Swarm" faction, shows nothing but Swarm ships being destroyed. Not a great sales pitch, eh?

@Sparechange49 depends, if your a fan of using the swarm tactic of frigates as fighters or frigates and fighters typically your gonna loose at least a 3rd of forces, so i means the ad isnt too inaccurate :P

I don't see too many non-swarm ships getting blown up... is there something wrong with their ships?

They're supposed to be a bit weaker than the other ships, thus destroyed more easily, but they're cheaper courtesy of a new bonus that can make ships' modules cheaper or more expensive. in this case they're cheaper, letting you place more of them in a given battle, thus being a "Swarm"

was expecting more insectoid swarms with the name, something along the line of the Tyranids, but looks quite original
