Civilian vehicles are supposed to yield to the military vehicles in Iraq. Our troops are instructed to honk and then bump them from behind if the vehicle does not pull over out of the way. This is probably what happened. The driver of the APC obviously rammed, instead of bumping the car and he probably had no idea who the occupants of the car were.
Another reason why we shouldn't be over there. Our troops aren't really trained in areas like that. When you are driving around, wondering when some militants are going to attack you, and they all look like civilians, you are going to be on edge and all sorts of bad things happen, like fratricide as you mentioned. It's one big mess. USA needs to end it's empire, bring it's troops home, and start minding it's own business.

Russia does not have the missle shield technology as tested by the US, so Im not concerned about Russia putting a missle defense shield in Venezuela. I did hear some ware that military vehicles can’t stop in busy places or something because of the threat of getting blocked in and ambushed. Civilian vehicles are supposed to yield to the military vehicles in Iraq. Our troops are instructed to honk and then bump them from behind if the vehicle does not pull over out of the way. This is probably what happened. The driver of the APC obviously rammed, instead of bumping the car and he probably had no idea who the occupants of the car were.

Another reason why we shouldn't be over there. Our troops aren't really trained in areas like that. When you are driving around, wondering when some militants are going to attack you, and they all look like civilians, you are going to be on edge and all sorts of bad things happen, like fratricide as you mentioned. It is true Russia did liberate Central and Eastern Europe from NG, but is it right to liberate them from NG and turn around and enslave them? Ha, ha. I know, it's being taught this way in US, in reality, the main theater of events took place in Europe between Arch enemies USSR and NG. NG did invade and Russia meaning Stalin was shocked and caught off guard, that is why Russia lost so many soliders. Russia does not have the missle shield technology as tested by the US, so Im not concerned about Russia putting a missle defense shield in Venezuela. I don't think the Russians would put offensive missles in the south america, that would be a miscalculation by Russia. Also, Russias relationship and military excercises will not shift the balance of power in the west at all.
