I remember watching this just after 10.30pm on the 25th June 2009, i remember my mum calling me through to the living room and her and my stepdad shouting me to tell me Michael Jackson, rushed to ULCA and sitting and watching on and then finding out he'd died and all my relatives phoned my mum and stepdad with shock, this dad will always be in my memory, i've never cried so much about someone i don't know, Rest in peace Michael Jackson, always in our hearts, Ledgend <3

...I was just sitting in the tram, on my way to school. Everything seemed normal. But when I looked at a newspaper a woman was reading, my heart stopped for a moment. It said "MICHAEL JACKSON DIED" and I was like WHAT??!! Can't be true! In school, everyone was talking about him....awww this day was just so damn sad =(

This still breaks my heart, I watched it on the BBC news all night, praying and hoping that someone would say that it was not him......that it was someone else in the house and he was fine and well.......to this day I still wish that this was the case. We miss you Michael xx

I didn't want to see this again but something made me want to. I remember it SO clearly. We usually have this channel on so I saw it when they said he was in hospital then when they announced he had died, it just felt awful.

Watching this even now, I feel the same as I did when watching it. It takes your breath away the fact someone so huge and influential was gone. I couldn't believe what I was watching.
