Don't think it's easy mode. Bison's attacks do quite a lot of damage in round 2. Also Bison's only attack that damages a blocking opponent is the one that lights the victim on blue fire, which it does at 0:54. I dídn't notice any signs of cheating.

well, its official; Street Fighter has surpassed Pacman as the greatest video game of all time. This video was... weird. How could you turn in the opposite direction (eg when Bison jumped over you) and still pull off the cannonball spin? The game doesn't let you do that. And this was a low level - A higher level Bison would have kicked you out of it 90% of the time and taken like a third of your health.
