If you seem to have more flab than ab (like me >.<) then you might want to do some of these strength excersises to tone your flab into muscle. Because of your weight, you might gain abit if you do this but it will be muscle. This is recommended specifically for your weight and age.

@jordanised as many as you want really. it depends on what your fitness level is. start out with the number of reps that you're comfortable with and keep increasing the reps the more familiar you get with them :)

@xxbieberbarbiexx you can put orange or something round like under your chin, when you do crunches it should keep your neck straight. Hope this helps.
@xxbieberbarbiexx if you're putting your hands behind you're neck you're probably using your arms to pull your head up - that's probably whats causing the neck damage. instead of doing crunches, you can do a form of sit ups where you make your hands into fists and place them on your thighs, when you go up to do the sit up your fists should come up to your knees. :) i hope i explained that ok, it'd kind hard to describe without showing
@xxbieberbarbiexx - It would be because you are pulling on your neck rather than using your abs which a lot of beginners tend to do. Remember, you're using your stomach, and just your stomach to crunch. Don't pull your neck. Your hands should only be RESTING on your head, don't pull.

Chrunches will only strengthen your muscles, but the fat will not go away. First running, cycling and aerobic, then chrunches and all the rest. :)
