Budgie Question about babies and nesting box

I think its fine. Parakeets like things up high, so predators cant get to it. I had my nesting box at the very top of the cage, and when one of the little chicks was too adventurous, it fell. but she was halfway up the ladder when i got home from school, and she was perfectly fine. just make sure that you feed your budgies extra food, water, and millet. also if youre going to breed again, make sure to feed lots of egg sumplement, or the hen will die while laying eggs
