How were you able to skip the first shine in Bianco Hills?

@StoopidGeneral You can jump on the tightrope behind the Goop Piranha Plant and you can jump up to the next level where you fight Petey. That, or you can just run past the shine after you've beaten the Goop Piranha and fight him then.
