  • I am considering buying this ball at my local pro shop I am currently using a blackwidow nasty is this a good dry lane ball?

  • @hsarrow11 yeah. it is good on the burn. it is much less aggressive than the ball you have

  • Weird 3 step timing. Seems you could easily shorten your first right step and get a left step in there and then continue with your normal approach.

  • @joblo1978 I agree with you. I have actually improved my game quite a bit since I made this video. If you want to see it, search "cdhbowler storm reign". Thanks for the hints though! That is helpful.

  • @cdhbowler on second thought, I guess the reign video doens't show my new form as well as I thought. I guess you will just have to trust me. lol. sorry

  • c i love balls with this type of backend because its controlable.

  • @pmbazman15 I could not agree more. I love to see that nice gradual hook off the dry that is easy to control. It's just a great ball. 1st one out of my bag every time

  • odd style.

  • this is a great ball.

  • @10InThePitBowler I agree!

  • Funny thing is at the foul line you look like the character on the backdrop lol.

  • I do. That is pretty funny. I never noticed that before.

  • ive searched alot of videos trying to find someone who bowls straight down and in and this is the first that i have found

  • I am glad you found the video, I hope it was helpful. Good luck with your bowling!

  • yaaaa good luck fixing that little short step thingy... actually don't cuz now varsity can make fun of ur approach :) jk... soooo jealous of your roll and pin reaction tho

  • nothing wrong with drifting left, left is right, right is wrong!

  • traditional wood lanes?

  • Actually they are synthetic. Burnsville bowl located in MN and is where the video was shot. It is a great bowling center.

  • great shots but what the hell with the pause right in the middle of the aproah it is unbearable to watch but the ball looks great going down the lane. just that pause wtf

  • Yeah the pause is ugly, I agree. Basically I do it for two reasons. A) it helps my timing and B) it keeps me from drifting to the left during my approach. My right foot tends to cross over during my third step if I don't put it right next to my left foot causing that pause. If you have ever watched pro bowlers Brad Angelo or Randy Pederson, they both have hesitations in their approaches but they don't stop like I do.

  • hey we all have our kinks in bowling you have a beautiful roll on the ball with great pin action whatever works man i just have not seen anyone with a complete stop in the middle of their approach

  • do you have a weight hole in this ball??? i want to know the best layout for it i m gettin one tomorro Thanx bye the way great shootin!

  • Nice bowling Matt, although it was painful to see that 7 pin ruin another of your perfect games. Good luck at the state tourny this weekend! ~Todd

  • Wow, what a trajectory on that ball! This bowler has it all! P.S.Whoever did the taping is obviously gifted with a creative eye for a great shoot!
