need to fix the issue with the aspect ration cause it looks like you shot in 16:9, then imported or converted the video to 4:3 then edited in 16:9 so when you added the blood it overlaid the black bars. I would also color correct either the blood or footage to match each other and make it a little transparent for realism.

There's no blood spatter on the wall, and it wouldn't be on the screen :L

Plus there would be blood spatter on your clothing and you wouldn't be able to see the bullet because of the velocity.

u can use color correction/Levels for the blood.... then duplicate the muzle flash.... also your friend can move the hand a little when he shots u.... if u do that i m sure its going to look way better

this is bad. timing is out. muzzzle flash to small, no eviromental interaction. No smoke. blood looks fake.

the effects are good, he just used them wrong:

-the flare he used is a surpressed flare

-has to be more blood, and it could not hit the lens

and like you say, no environmental interaction like recoil, reload, light

so chiefmcg, think about those points next time!
