  • hey ben.

make sure your understanding of the word "REpayment" is clear.

're' means 'do it again', or am I mistaken?

  • @fumanshu888

  • Hi Ben, I did an SAR on my HSBC credit card Agreement... they didn't even send anything back! Jobs a good'n.

3 letter later, I will have an unenforceable tacit agreement in place.

I'll race you to the Zero lol ;)

  • @wobbers99

    cool! whats SAR mean?

  • @benlowreyhimself Subject Access Request. Get original agreement. 99% of the time, it is unenforceable (consumer credit act) and is defiantly not covered for their benefit under the bill of exchange (but it is for our!).

If agreement was taken out Before April 2007 it is certian to be written off and you experian credit score (amongst others) will say settled. After 2007, slightly different, but still good to go.

Create a tacit agreement after they fail to give you your original papers.

  • Your ratings have been disabled, why ?
