i recommend a zara spook its a topwater plug and is made by heddon the same people that invented the tiny torpedo again i like baby bass color or solid silver in the sunshine bass eat up the famous walk the dog action it creates dont know what its suppoes to resemble but it works ive caught huge largemouth with them youll need a medium to heavy action 7 foot baitcaster rod i like abu garcia ambassador 5000 reels with no less than 14 ld test pline

Moving the bass around in the water helps push water through the gills. Its recommended when the fish has been out of water for a few minutes.

PS - You might like shimano, but I like zebco for the type of fishing I was doing.

I recommended you develop some respect for what other people like to use.

there is no right way, i caught a 5 1/2 pound large mouth on a fly by using it as like a crank bait only quicker. It was texas, summer and way to hot and i needed something to keep me ocuppied. worked though. also you should alway keep needle nose pliers or equevilant to help with unhooking a fish.
