  • Please don't be mad at me for mentioning this but your breathing sounds pretty labored in this video. Are you okay? You sound like a smoker in terms of your voice but are you okay lung-wise?

  • Great video! My mom was planting basil and some other herbs and I scoffed initially. But now, I'm getting involved in planting more and growing more spices and herbs. This helps a lot too, because I didn't even think about the harvest you could get with the seeds. Thanks!

  • Hi There, It is very important to collect from many many good specimens because one needs genetic diversity to ensure a healthy seed stock for the long haul. This is esp. important on all inbreeding plants. Eggplant should be collected from 8-10 and corn at the very least 200 plants. Good luck! Love, A

  • thanks for the how to vid. i plan to grow basil indoors. the branches you had almost looked like it was from a tree. do they grow this thick indoors? yeah, i read here that ur in Texas, which has suffered from drought. i heard today that water was being brought there because many peoples wells are dry. sounds really bad, good luck to you all.

  • LOL I taped a video on saving squash seeds today (I'll get it uploaded in the morning when my internet's not so slow), It's like finding gold!!! You should see how many seeds you can get off of a lettuce plant! Anyhow... Thanks Bexar.
