I am a pig and goat farmer why did you go veg. I hear people say becouse the animals are treated bad I pet, feed and clean my animals every day and ther messes thay make. If some one treats eny of my animals bad thay WILL face me face to face

when it comes time to do what we do I do it vary fast I will say I do feel bad but I like meat so am I a bad guy for that

Historical FYI: True marshmallows are made from the Egyptian marsh mallow plant. They were expensive to import, so almost a century ago (before the FDA and USDA) someone made a reasonable facsimile using powered sugar and airblown gelatin. They caught on, and sadly, the deceitful name stuck and was grandfathered by the FDA.

1sallysews: Maybe you should know something about science before making such claims. Soy contains phyto-estrogens, not mammalian estrogens. Meat and dairy contain animal estrogens.

Pseudoscience peddlers like the Weston Price Foundation like to spew such nonsense, but there's never been any supported studies to back them up. There was one study but it was not repeatable and so is considered voided.

Dang. Marshmallows are made with gelatin. I never looked at the package. I just thought they were made of sugar and air. This going meatless is harder than I thought. It seems everything has some form of meat in it. Okay, I know, quit whining already.

Yes Gelatin is made from ground up pig skin feet and horse hooves and things like that, its really quite disgusting when you hear what its made of yucky yuck stufff

Food producers use up every single part of the animals,even those parts what actually bad for your health,just to make less waste and more profit

Of course they wont tell you these things on the package because nobody would buy them
