I think the thing that is a FRAUD is when people purchase a business kit, a website, whatever and think their website is now an ATM.You have to WORK to earn $ 8 per hour at McDonalds and you have to WORK to earn $ 8000 per hour in a business. This program is a fraud.
Otherwise, they wouldn't need to spam strangers.
Always check with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the State attorney Generals Office for complaints about these types of scams.
