This is not fake you dumbasses, this is a production reel...this kind of talk is going on all the time behind the scenes, its where they communicate with and cue camera crews, field reporters and the rest of the control room, they cuss like fucking sailors, the television audience cant hear this stuff going on, and neither can the newscasters its because they're talking with each other...you can find these uploaded all over youtube.

The dead giveaway is around 0:19 when he says don't look this way just before the anchorwoman looks to the side. It is obvious the audio was added to match the video was maximum comedic effect.
