It was all for public intoxication, or possibly public drinking. The fact is that some inmates get arrested on purpose because they don't have anything else in life. I know this. Many inmates look forward to jail, and are accustomed to it, because life outside lacks structure that they need, and they have a higher stature in jail than outside...inside they can be a top dog, outside maybe flipping burgers taking orders from a teen.
