  • Just MariJay. Everything else is really fkn dangerous.

  • The congressman are bought and are also fearing that everyone will become drug addicted bums

  • The state of California spent 19.9 billion in health care cost, but only received 1.4 billion in taxes from alcohol and tobacco. Marijuana will not balance the state’s budget. If marijuana was legalized, the price will come down. The social cost, health care cost, and the cost to make it widely available will outweigh any tax revenue.

  • i just think we should make marijuana legal

    legalize it

  • Cocaine, are you fucking kidding me? You obviously have not the slightest idea on that one my friend.

I have friends that are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet while sober, but when there high on cocaine, I have seen them brutalize complete strangers in the street just for a laugh.

I and many other people in this world have seen a very bad side to cocaine and it should never be legalized.

However, I smoke cannabis on a daily basis and I have never seen any serious ill effects.

  • Cocaine is a very deadly horrible drug I will agree with you on that, however it should be legalized so our government can control the enviornment where it is used.

What have we accomplished by keeping it illegal? Very little to nothing, hardly a fraction of the drugs are caught.

If a substance is used underground like cocaine, or alcohol, then there is no one ready to perform CPR in case of an overdose. People get robed, raped, murdered also.

Drug abuse is horrible, the drug war is worse.

  • Cocaine is seriously addictive as we all know. Once your hooked, people need it and will do anything to get it, whether buying it from a dealer or the local corner shop.

  • Yes! you makes so many good points! Keeping it underground only increases ignorance. The government could sell it and the public would open thier eyes to the positive, not just the negative effects of drug use.

  • but you cant forget about the negative effects.

im all for legalizing marijuana. it contains up to 10 times more tar than a cigarette.. and it can cause psychosis or schitzofrenia or even brain damage. and you cant really overdose and thats why marijuana should be legal. Evry other drug can and probably will end up killing you. ive experienced coke, amphetamines, mdma, salvia, mushrooms.. and i wont do no more than that. and i still say evry drug appart from marijuana should be illegal.

  • The reason for legalization is to focus on the negative effects.

It's about teaching the unbiased truth about the effects. It's about getting addicts the help they need to quit. It's about having age limits on drugs so that they don't get into the hands of our children.

You know these drugs have ill effects through experience, but as a mature adult it's still your choice to make those decisions.

Only through prohibition our government decrees you should be in prison at this moment. I do not

  • cannabis in the UK has been mooved up to a class b from a class c.. the only difference between cannabis being in class b is that you get an automatic fine on possetion where as theres no fine on class c, the jail scentences and amaounts concidered personal use are exactly the same. i find this interesting concidering the worlds current finance situation. if cops are trying to bust people and get fines out of them then thats all fine and dandy.. but if they legalise theyll make alot more money

  • They could tell us EXACTLY whats in it and exactly what the effects are, instead we are left uninformed and guessing. Its more acceptable to own a gun, which can, and is mostly intended to, cause damage(to say the least) to people other than yourself, than it is to purchase crack when the only person you are directly effecting by this is yourself.

  • If you want to fuck up your life, whatever its not the governments choice to say "nah, you'd be to unproductive in our society" and make the choice for you. Illegalization doesnt stop anything anyways, it increases the amount of that product that is available to curious children. fuckin bullshit. fuck the man

  • Great point. Good video!!

  • You've gotta be kidding me... if anything, make alcohol and tobacco illegal, how the hell can you actually want any drugs to be legalized? Stupid out of shape drug addict. You're putrid.

  • If anything make alcohol and tobacco illegal?! Are you even remotely knowledgeable of the foundation on which this country was founded? If you don't want to drink or smoke that's your own choice, and I commend you for it. BUT, you don't have the choice to tell others what they can and can not do. How did this country forget the lessons taught by alcohol prohibition already? Your ignorance sickens me.

  • you sir are a fucking genius. Also fuck 15 to 20 for selling it kill em

  • No one will sell it if it's legal. Why buy something from a shady guy on the corner of the street when you can go into a clean, respected establishment akin to a liquor store and buy something that has no fillers or poison that may kill you.

  • this guys very intelligent. we need more people like him around.

  • yea your right ppl should be able to do what we want... lets stick to focussin on real crimes insteed of drugs i think ppl are just afraid that if these things were leagal they would just look stupid for having it aginst th law for so long probabition doesnt work if you want to do it youll do it

  • amen brotha. too bad it's never going to happen. marijuana is a good possibility, hopefully soon, however LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, crack, meth.. pretty sure it'll never happen.

  • well people already get hurt under the influence of alcohol. Most people already know the side affects of drugs. If it was legalized more people might get hurt. so i disagree

  • People do get hurt by alcohol. But if you do a little research you find that during alcohol prohibition, the danger was even greater. When was the last time you heard of someone going blind by drinking gin? That was common in the past before it was legalized and controlled. By having something illegal you are not controlling it, you are ignoring it. Tons of people are getting hurt because of the illegal status. Right now drug dealers sell drugs to kids, because they are not bound by anything.

  • I mean its not like "the man" is trying to keep us down. It just makes sense. Some drugs just shouldnt be legal because they can/will cause a harm to society as a whole. You say people should make their own choices(which I agree with mostly), I say never underestimate stupid people in large numbers(bad things happen even if it's the "right thing").

  • I understand your view point. Let me ask you should we then extend the ban on drug use to include tobacco? It kills people. How about alcohol? It causes deaths to people who abuse it, and at times to innocent bystanders. Like a family on the way home from church side swiped by a drunk at 90 mph.

  • We seem to be handling the pink elephant in the living room very poorly. Saying we smell something funny but not seeing the actual cause. I am not trying to be defensive at all. I just thought I would point this out. :)

  • I dont even know how to respond to that. You have an interesting view point but i disagree. Drugs kill people period. Some drugs can be taken in moderation (those should be legal) while others send you into a state where you have no control(end in deaths...should be illegal).

  • Legalize it for sure.

  • I TOTALLY AGREE,WELL SAID!

  • agreed
