DAHON SETUP Just 45 sec. to go!

I've been practicing how to take my Dahon apart to put it in a regular suitcase in 15 minutes. The tricky part is removing the rear derailleur without getting greasy. I've done it for 2 airline trips so far.

That was a relatively slow unfolding I think. The 15 seconds advertised is just about attainable. Even this guy could have been faster with some very basic improvments on his technique.
