Ah, i can hardly stand watching you use that clearisonic. It is so terrible to be doing that. All it does is rip your skin apart . . . WHICH WILL CAUSE ACNE!

You are breaking down the cell walls of your skin on your face. When that happens you invite bacteria to take a safe haven and the irritation that insures is the acne. Stop using the thing!

As for finacea treating rosacea, I don't have rosacea so I'm not sure if it does relieve it from my experiences. However, I looked online and read this blog of a girl who said it mostly cleared it up within 2 months. She just needs light foundation to cover up some of the residual redness that was left behind.
