I think you should stop thinking about eating. There are so many other wonderful things to think about during the day. I have been living all my life and never ever thought what I eat or how much. I used to play video games for one year, but now I don't. Try another hobby other than this one because it doesn't seem like much fun for you.
I love watching your videos. I just found them today. I have been bulimic for 8 years now with a couple phases of recovery here and there. This video reminds me of how I also make excuses when I'm going to eat to avoid guilt. For example, 'it's my friends birthday' or 'this food isn't that high calorie', etc. My counsellor tries to remind me that if after all that I end up purging it's partially because I never really gave myself permission to eat in the first place. Kinda makes sense eh?
It's so weird that you say: that's all i have to say. But it is really great that that is what you have to say. I mean sometimes, it is like an epiphany. I can eat and not become like massive overnight. Some days, we will want to eat more, other days, we will want to eat less. Intuitive eating, i think is how some refer to it. You are doing a great job and i am glad to see you smiling again. All the best. xx
ahhh sooo great!!! I'm so glad for you. Body checks are so deceiving, so try not to take yourself so seriously. You know logically that one "big" dinner (probably wasn't that big, we often exaggerate to ourselves how much it is if it's not a binge, and even if it was absolutely huge) won't make you gain even a pound. It takes 3000 EXTRA calories to gain 1 pound. So your dinner would have had to have been like 4000 calories to make you gain. and you're right- you don't celebrate every day :D

@chihiro0 I try to remember that sometimes these "checks" are all in my head, especially when I rely on the size of my stomach...
