You play it very well, love the filming too. Fix up the right hand for the 3:00 part and you're set. Unfortunately I have no experience reading/transcribing music, but there are a few notes that are off, and it sounds very different from the original. Hope you get the time to make the changes and re-submit! :)

Definitely the best cover of this song I've seen man, fantastic job. 2:58 and 4:58 sound spot on so I'm not quite sure what the other guy meant.

HaarvardGY is right, between 2:57 and 3:00 with your right hand your playing the C when you should change to the B flat
