A single heat blast from Superman would turn Goku into nothingness. Superman can also duplicate himself. In hand to hand combat, Superman is a thousand times faster than Goku.

If he's diligent he could make sure Goku is frozen until dead (supermans only chance). In space superman can breath, but Goku can instant transmission to air. Depends where in the series you take Goku, ssj2, 3 or 4, no chance! no kryptonite needed

Superman doesnt need a sun to fight, when he gets older (kingdom come) he abzorbes so much solar energy getting rid of the sun wont affect him for decades. Also the explosion from the sun wouldnt hurt him, he can fly through them. And Goku wouldnt blow up a star, he would more likely kill himself first.

@dogkeeplookinatme destroy a country with their strongest attacks, (at least most) like gokus kameha x 10 in SS4, goku was several times stronger than cell by the buu saga, then GT happens around 20 years later after kid buu, so goku shouldve been docens of times stronger, actually, he was stronger than cell without even going SS1 and in his kid form, and was stronger than buu with just SS1, so yeah, gokus kameha x 10 is much stronger than cells "solar kameha", but is extremely compressed ^^

@Dreamst8r yes it includes pre-crisis, it would be a harder fight, but there is no point in time that goku could have stood up to instant transmission into a red sun, or goku's sheer fighting ability. another thing people dont like to talk about is that goku's solar flare is white-light which would weaken supes temporarily. even if goku somehow got a higher pwr level (flying into yellow sun) goku would still be able to out-think and out-fight him

@dogkeeplookinatme Buu was destroying the Galaxy but I guess decided to fight Goku and Vegeta for fun. Gohan caught bullets, Gotenks and Buu tore holes in dimensions, Goku does instant transmission. They never had to fight someone a hundred years cause they were always strong enough to kill their enemies. Debora is pretty much Satan. those are my counter arguments.

how so? for every punch Goku was delivering, Buu was getting hurt. Superman can split a moon in 1/2 with his fist, doing way more damage than Goku did. also Superman's heat vision is hotter than the sun. Buu is done.

Goku is no match for Superman. Superman can fly through Suns; Suns a million times bigger than our own. Goku's best kamehameha would have no where near enough power to destroy Superman. A single heat blast from Superman would turn Goku into nothingness. Superman can also duplicate himself. In hand to hand combat, Superman is a thousand times faster than Goku.
Just to taunt Goku, Superman would stay as Clark Kent & smash him. Some people hate to admit it, but we all know Superman would win.

Its true super man is strong. but in hand to hand combat i never seen superman through a punch that was particularly fast. this is due to the fact that my dad's comics are lost in the garage. so i couldn't check anything but for goku i the only reason you would say that goku can't destroy a star is cause he hasn't. in truth goku never blew up a star cause this would impact the plane he was on. and superman isn't a man who would taunt his enemy. superman just tries to ended it

@michael7a11 Nope. Goku in his normal form can destroy solar systems with one ki blast. Super Saiyan 1 and 2 and destroy galaxies with ease. Super Saiyan 3 can rip holes through dimensions. Super Saiyan 3 and 4 can collaspe universes within 1 second. Instant Transmission, well he could transport himself into Superman's body and burst out of his body and kill Superman. I mean seriously.

I remember Cell saying the final kamehameha wave directed to Gohan was strong enough to destroy the entire solar system. Also, in the beginning of DBZ Piccolo could already destroy the Moon with his weakest energy blast. Ki blastes are strong enough to destroy solar systems if they are not concentrated on the enemy.

Vegeta said to goku that even in normal SS form they were stronger than SS2 gohan because he hadn't trained much. goku would have only gotten stronger after majin vegeta messed him up, then when the old kai sacrificed his life to bring goku back to normal, and finally his fight with kid buu, would have all increased his strength so much that he could easily blow the solrsys

Goku has more strength, more speed and long range energy attacks (although the spirit bomb would have no effect on superman, he has a pure heart) Goku has super hearing only when using kaioken so Superman may be able to sneak up on Goku and frost him. If he's diligent he could make sure Goku is frozen until dead (supermans only chance). In space superman can breath, but Goku can instant transmission to air. Depends where in the series you take Goku, ssj2, 3 or 4, no chance! no kryptonite needed

Superman doesnt need a sun to fight, when he gets older (kingdom come) he abzorbes so much solar energy getting rid of the sun wont affect him for decades. Also the explosion from the sun wouldnt hurt him, he can fly through them. And Goku wouldnt blow up a star, he would more likely kill himself first.
