I favorited that video.. very beautiful (as always ;) I took my husband who is a non member to see the choir in Nashville, Tn a few years back.. when I glanced over at him he was smiling from ear to ear while watching them perform.. I am SO thankful we were able to witness them.. we live in the eastern US..

@jennysjuice They say that in Jesus's time it was unheard of for an influential person to not be married with kids. And the Bible only mentions men. Jesus lived in the desert with only men too. The more I think about all these things the more it seems he was Gay. Why isn't your Jesus gay?

When you are referring to Jesus being in a desert with men only, you must be referring to he and his apostles, which were all men. It's the way his church was set up, with men being leaders of the church (Jesus Christ being the head of the church). It had nothing to do with sexuality.

@jennysjuice Homosexuality is an abomination??? That's not very nice. I've met several gay people and they seem normal people. I certainly wouldn't criticize them for their sexual preferences, let alone call them 'abominations'.

I thought religion was supposed to help people be good to each other - not become homophobic and racist.

With weird beliefs like that I can't imagine you're liked much. Perhaps it's time you tried catching up with the rest of us.

coconut: I'm not interested in "fitting in" but thank you. It's not the person who is an abomination, the person is commiting an abomination. So you have desires to have sex with a same sex partner.. you can't help the desire, but you can control your actions. The world is good at making things seem okay when they're not. Homosexuality is only a temporary pleasure which can only lead to your own destruction if you don't learn control. I have gay friends and family also and I love them.
