Just wanted to let you know that our web guy finally updated the Honor Roll website. If you go there and click on "Scoring" you'll find a good selection of spots we've landed. Among them are the Geico spots.

This is the type of thing we would REALLY get sued for if we were lying!

In the end...................we have all only seen claims of ownership, and not actual proof.

I've seen a situation exactly like this happen a year ago, with someone claiming ownership of software, that a bigger company was using, and when it played out in court, it was shown the individual actually didn't own the software.

FEelings may be high, but no legal documents were shown. I dont care how high any emotions are of anyone, until factual proof is shown, there is no discussion.

No one has produced factual legal documents, in high resolution that show ownership and creation rights.

I've already sent indepth emails to the martin ad agency about his posts on youtube, and his youtube URL claiming the music is his, and have also alerted the appropriate myspace individuals.

rwestyt, this is Devin. You're not digging deep enough; get in touch with Hum and ask them where they got Disco track 18 or 14. It came from Honor Roll Music in Miami. It's not unusual for things to get retitled, I send the track to Honor Roll with the title "attitude" and they sent it to Hum with the title "Stalker".

The caveman concept is probably one of the best ideas in commercial history: very simple in structure, humour, and part of it being satirical (making fun of the dwindling, attention deficit civilization that we call ours). absoluteley brilliant. more than just an ad.
