Slightly misleading about the whole 4.5mph thing. What matters in this situation is the acceleration rather than the velocity. He gets pulled back so he decelerated very suddenly. To compare it to walking pace is like saying you'd need a seatbelt to walk everywhere. Misleading.

But yes it does get the point across. Wear the damn seatbelt people.
