hey so Im new to lacrosse, and I play d. if one of my other defenders likes to sorta roam and not cover his guy, and I have to cover two guys, how do I prioritize? should I try to cover them both, stick to whoever seems better, or just constantly switch to whoever is in better position to score? thanks!
@hockeymatt1994 Stay close to the goal, and whenever they make a pass try to face the man with the ball, that's all you really can do unless your extremely fast. But, if this were to happen to me I would yell my head off at the other defender to cover his man :)

@rangedwarf you have the second slide to the back side, in the diagram the Defender to the right has to slide to the crease when the crease D slides to the ball.
don't chase them around the back o the net then you'll either miss them or trip on the net! but don't use i'm hot people could take that the wrong way
well i dont know if you play lacrosse, but this video explains everything correctly. why wouldn't you say "I'm Hot"? we're playing lacrosse, not hitting on some chick
our coach got pissed in practice today because no one knew how to set up a crease slide lol, this helped
