Definitely an Eaton, probably not the stock one though, as you said. Kenne Bell's have a much higher whine, very distinctive. Not to pitch anyone else's vids here, but feel free to check out user "a707" and his very good Mach 1 compilation, part 1. At minute marker 3:40 you get a long block with an Eaton (and boobs to boot, win-win).

Ported eatons are quite a bit louder and judging from an acceleration standpoint, its quicker than stock but definately not as quick as a KB. But without a description of this car, we will just have to guess who's right. Oh well.
