She's more getting into shape for stamina. I mean she's going to be performing 2 hour shows every 3 nights, and then there's the plane flights/setting up etc. as well. It requires a lot of physical strength and stamina to perform for so long for so many months. It'd only be right Sharon is doing this; especially since she's had another child recently.

And with that said - hooray Sharon for your encouragement! Now...*looks at calamari rings and chips*...to work on myself DX
