Not sure if she'll see this or not but I have to say thanks to Chef Anne Burell. I used this recipe for Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Followed it like she did and it was fantastic. Even better than I expected, everyone loved it and said it was great so..mad props to Chef Burrell, your herb crusted pork loin was a smash, it was so good that I've been invited to make it again at Christmas. Thanks again!

@mercyhurstchic - Rachel Ray is like Martha Stewart. They are NOT gourmet chefs!!!! They did not go to school or study for it. They are basically talk show hosts. If you ever watched Martha Stewart, she almost always has someone with her doing the actual cooking. Rachel Ray's recipes are almost all the same. Her recipes are always a pasta, different variations of a Bechemel sauce, or soup, >.<

I think the point of the original comment was to say that people really overestimate/annoyingly support the cooking of Rachael Ray when she really cannot cook (for the reasons you listed. Anne makes really good, versatile food, and while she is a classically trained chef, I can execute her recipes with relative ease.

I just moved in with my bf. He has a pork loin in the freezer that he took from his mother's house. I've cooked pork, but not pork loin before. I wasn't exactly sure on timing and whatnot, so this video has helped me a lot. I will be making this today.
