You falsely assume that Jeremy's plate should say cunt, which it obviously doesn't as they were discussing anagrams. Hence I think it's only fair that you google "anagrams" to understand what we're talking about.

@kilobitti No, you are wrong. An anagram is when you take a number of letters and rearrange them to create another word. I don't need to Google to find that out. I have no idea what you think the definition of an anagram is, but you could probably do with finding your information somewhere else... Obviously somebody is teaching you the complete wrong stuff.

@accidentalM0nK3Y Your definition of the anagram is correct. And, his license plate "CTU I 31 N" can be rearranged to CUNT, in which case 31 and I are left over. That means his license plate is an anagram of "Cunt". End of story.

originally, the three letters came first, then 3 numbers, then the changing one letter. When these plates ran out, they flipped them round instead of devising a new system like the one that was introduced in the new millenium.
