what are u talking about ? first it's not about beauty it's about talent. I guess that's why he takes this phtograph with them coz valentina and hilary are certainly the most talented musicans of their generations. 2nd i found them beautiful. so you're allowed to found them ugly but not say that THEY ARE ugly cause beauty is subjective. lol that's all i guess.

Nice pic. I assume you play violin, something I did for 4 years because I hated the way I played piano. I haven't played violine lately, but I'm back to piano, my real passion.

(My Mom made me play clarinet for six years until Freshman in HS. I hated "band" practice, but loved jazz pieces my brother gave me. hehe.)

Me too. Valentina married to a wonderful husband, Alexei. They both helped us a lot in purchasing "the" concert grand - Bosendorfer.

We love the 10'2" Fazioli too but pricey. The main reason we selected the Bosy is its action/touch. Our artist friends also like Bosy.

The best action and touch I ever had the pleasure to play on was a Knabe concert grand that was owned by Arthur Rubenstein. If I could find this piano I would buy it. I understand that Franz List toured with this piano!!!!!!!

@jackjiezhang Hilary Hahn actually skyrocketed to fame in the 1990s as a teenage prodigy a result of her interpretations of Bach. She was already (almost) where she is now even before YouTube was launched. Not only that, but her concerto recordings have won numerous Grammys.
