@DPineda121 Thanks. This was played on a keyboard, using a 'Steinway piano' voice in Logic Pro — it's one of the more subtle piano voices I've come across.
@tinySpectacle Thanks Lo :8) This is part two of a four-part collection I planned to have finished this year — though as you know, 2011 went a bit squishy. Hope you're doing great ;8)
When you first put this up, I saw it, and loved it so much that I decided not to comment. I wanted to react immediately with a round two.. I started immediately, but was interrupted by work and life. Then I was so busy, and it only got worse.. and now a howl week has gone by, and I don't really have a break in sight .. so here is a comment anyway, late as well, because this peace is so stunningly beautiful it simply had me lost for words. :) xxxxx
@bCurious2 Hey BC, Thanks ;8) Hope it's been the good kind of 'busy' for you. I know Gordo's been crazy-busy too. It's a shame you were interrupted — always love to hear your unique spin. But that's the beauty of TJC — we can just drop by when we get the time. Well, I'm coming to the end of term 1 on my course — and looking forward to the break. Just thinking today it was about this time last year we were strumming away on the '3000 generations' track isn't it? Happy days ;8) xxxx
@ozmoroid Thanks Ozmoroid. It's funny, that progression was a complete departure from where I originally intended the piece to go, which was soft/mournful. But it just seemed to make more sense, musically, than the softer alternatives I was playing around with, so I thought, let's just go with it ;8)
Next time, mention you're using Electric Sheep for visuals...

Was this played on a real piano or created digitally?
Either way it is beautiful.

Like Isotope one, Broken, Nightwalk... another piano piece I just want to hug! Blossoms in wonderful, unexpected and satisfying directions.
Magical. ;^> xxx

That was worth a couple of back-to-back listens. I particularly enjoyed the progression around 1:00-1:13.

Am I allowed to use it in one of my videos without fear of copyright claims? :)
TheRationalizer 3 months ago
@TheRationalizer Sure — I just ask for a credit/permission statement in the video description: 'music © TheraminTrees, used with permission'

@TheraminTrees
Great, thanks. Do you have to approve the video first, or does the license permit me to use it on videos you might hate? :)
TheRationalizer 3 months ago
@TheRationalizer Hmm. I guess I'm trusting that you wouldn't abuse my good will by associating my work with something tawdry/antisocial ;8)

@TheraminTrees
It was a question regarding the legalities of the license, nothing more :)
