I loved these Magoo cartoons, I used to see these on a Boston tv station on Sunday mornings when I was a kid. They were so much better than the usual ones. I wish somebody would post the one where he worked with Dick Tracy. That was the only time the animated Tracy adventures really matched the comic strip

You got me there. It was, however, highly influenced, in tempo, key and arrangement, by Al Hirt's "Java" of 1-2 years before.
