missed (although clearly several people in the car
heard it). The 2nd bullet went clear through JFK's
back and out his throat and into Governor Connelly's
body. PLEASE don't be fooled by Oliver Stone's
fantasy film "JFK", where he deliberately removed
information about Connelly's jump-seat and relative
position. JFK's head was hit from behind, slightly
to the right side. At that velocity a bullet will do what
it did.

@Squeekicleave When JFK's body was examined at Bethesda at the autopsy, it was said that a bullet hit him in the back and did not exit. The next day the same people said that the bullet entered Mr. Kennedy's back, coursed upward and exited his throat and that shot hit J.Connally. That bullet never exited JFK's throat. They were hit by seperate bullets. Fragments of the bullet that hit JFK were found in his head and some of them were removed.

@TheArdScoilRis JFK was only 88 yards away from the snipers nest on the 6th floor of the Depository. For rifle fire, that is virtually point-blank range. Oswald trained at distances that were a minimum of 200 yards while in the Marines. And maybe he barely passed at the lowest level in the Marines, but that was for the Marines. It would be similar to suggesting someone could not hit a baseball because they washed out in the minors.
