What can I do so my polymer clay charms or earrings don't burn? Also can you make the other kind of earrings not the ones that dangle from your ears but the one that are small and not hang from your ear if that makes any sense? Sorry if I don't make sense.

@v092132v 1.translucent liquid sculpey is like liquid clay it dries kinda clear but fogged so you add chalk pastels of paint to it to color is. 2 craftsmart is the brand and the color is white its a polymer clay 3. sculpey is the brand deep red pearl is the color its another polymer clay. I hope that helps you understand it more :)

@v092132v 1. TLS is a liquid clay, google it. The other two are clays. Craftsmart and Sculpey are brands.

@3Musketeerscandy if you follow the same steps here just cut one cake slice and at a craft store buy a ring base and some super glue . Instead of putting the headpin / eye pin in the slice bake it with out it and then super glue the slice to the cake... Did that help you?

@TheHopeLopez1 No, you cannot use a microwave to bake clay, it will just cause a lot of bubbles in your design and make your design melt. If you don't have access to a regular oven, try a toaster oven.

I love how this could be like a mother-daughter pendant. The mother can wear the big cake around her neck and the slices as pendants for the daughters. You could cut just one or more slices out depending on how many daughter you have. Thanks for sharing :)

I've just got my polymer clay and omg it's so hard to make cake and slices. Like, I don't know how to stop the middle colours of the cake mixing when I cut... :( Really peeved because of the waste.

@Sokdarie You Make The Holes With A Needle Tool/Toothpick Then You Get Some Loop rings Or Jump Rings And After Its Baked You Add Them Through The Hole. Or For A Easier Option Use Eyepins Or Thick Wire And Cut And Shape It Yourself As Its Better Value. Hope This Helped xoxo -Poppy <33
