This is not Ennis Fire Dept. The dept that responded was Garrett Area Rural. I responded on this scene and when I was there no one including the patient asked me about a delayed response. So where are these arrival times of 30 minutes coming from?
I believe that call would belong to garrett city so why was your department there? Stealing calls from other departments again? Garrett city couldnt get units to respond?
