rightful things are always to be done. You can avoid getting yourself hurt by calling 110 (china Police hotline, similar to 911 in US.) behind,but this basic thing you cant do?? O yeah- China is a development nation (2nd World Class nation yet.) It's not a technology advance nation. So few people will have mobile phones. (Other than in capital like BeiJing/Shanghai.)
