I work in computers, as my username suggests. I know some people are either afraid of the computer or they just know how to do one thing and trying to get them to do something different freaks them out.

I usually prefer the user to be out of the room when I'm working on their computer, because even doing something simple like installing a hard drive or adding memory, they kind of freak out about it.
