even with the employment of the worlds leading technologies the US still failed embarrassingly in the Vietnam war. After wards, like a sore loser the US refused to follow international law and clean up it's UXO so that even to this modern day young innocent Viet kids get blown up walking to school. A final FU to the Vietnamese people from the americans. Very classy.
I was not even aware this had been declassified? much like fighters which was MACV-DO243 I forget the Igloo White DO number do you remember Kasisamadesu1? if so could you email me at paulbryantsr@gmail.com. Opperations, command hunt, Arclight have likewise been declassified; but some are not how about bright blossum? or light trees?
I was there...and, BTW, they didn't quite get it right in this. I served ('71 - '72) in Igloo White, Task Force Alpha (PACAF), Nakhon Phanom RTAFB, Thailand. It was an extremely clandestine operation, about as highly classified as you can get. Our command center was so classified that we had to service our own Cole machines. In fact, another gov't agency (I wonder which one) used to hire off-duty personnel to empty the waste baskets. You needed a TS clearance to get beyond the front door.
@tumsabai1 OK, but could you get into the plot room without one of us. LOL A bit of hyperbole, but not in the BIG room, or at Radiation, Inc., where I worked off-duty...we were behind the plot boards. LOL
I have one of these sensors. Anyone know what it might be worth?

Who is the idiot who put The Trail way over against the border of South Vietnam?
Must be the same guy who thought South Vietnam ran the ops for TFA
By the way.....the sensors are still on the trail.
Saw some 2 years ago.
Lots of classified ops out of Naked Fanny, but not all tales are told.

@Kamisamadesu1
Not true about security clearances. I only had a secret clearance
and I worked as Ground Radio Technician there in 1969.
