I remember this!!! My parents had a bar/pub when I was a toddler, and I was hooked up with this arcade machine!! thanks to this,i'm studing computer science today. I've never seen another one besides the one that was at my parents's bar/pub. I'm crying of nostalgia!!
It is hard to find and buy one of these? Do you remember if Outrun was the megadrive version or the master system version? I remember mine had outrun, and it was the 16 bit one, but not turbo outrun, just the classic one...

looks asthough it's running in 60hz too...Tetris is rarest game ever for megadrive..to have it upright arcade version is mint!!
