  • I also think this hymn could be sung slower. The words and music call for deep meditation. The choir is superb, though

  • beautiful. This 500 year old Hymn still speaks to us as strongly as ever. Would love to have heard the entire piece. I wonder if the original old Germans sung it this rhythmically and briskly? Maybe so.
