It is not considered low level flying when its a part of a landing or takeoff. Therefore the altitude when you are approaching the landing site or when you are taking off is not limited. In any other situation the minimum altitude above ground is 500 ft and 1000 ft above a city / town.

Nice! looks like a lot of fun, although at around 4:03 it looks like your tail rotor would have come very close to the edge of that hill as you were coming in to land.
