@LightLati yes it does it need to learn it unique move (Relic song), by 2 way, teach the move by a a tutor in Castelia City (where the 3rd gym is) in Café Sonata (Only for event Meloetta), or by using an action replay code and used the tm modifier code and throw away until you have 547 of item 1 in the bag and press select and go to the tm that is modifier and teach it. Also it change to be a fighting and psychic type pokemon when used in battle
