i would recommend to get Vision lab studio, although it is rather expensive it is ver useful for effects and compositing it is basicly a mixture of effects lab pro and composite lab pro put into one whole program

Hello, I plan to purchase Composite Lab Green Screen Movie Kit and I can't wait to get it. I want the Composite Lab Movie Kit because I want to make superhero movies using the green screen it includes. Is there a way I can add gunfire to composite lab because I know that it does't include gunfire in Composite lab. Thank You and please reply.

No, CompositeLab does not include the muzzle flash engine or any of the other effects engines. They are only available in EffectsLab and VisionLab.

That's approximatly how much...Adobe's specs require like 75% power than visionlabs... Remeber the demo is a fully functional version of the software (and free) so if the demo runs better the actual program should too....

I use AE and it's great...but eats up all my computer's resources.

Is there any diffference in rendering time and total memory usage with this program?

I have used a little of after effects and Visionlab uses about 10% the space and resources of Visionlab. I can imagine rendering is alot faster too....just a consumers take on it...

I downloaded the demo it is worth buying for sure however i have also used after effects and personally i think this is much easier to use and if i had a choice i would choose vision lab or fx home over after effects

A greenscreen was not used during the filming of this sequence at all.

A tutorial is a guide showing you how to do something. We're going to release a tutorial explaining how to do this effect next year.

If you use VisionLab you can indeed replicate this effect - although an effect like this is never as simple as just pressing a button, of course.

This is not a new program, it's just a new demo video to show some of VisionLab's functionality.

We're still undergoing testing on Windshows 7.

I don't know what's better between After Effects or Effects Lab Pro. But I already have AF. Does Effects Lab Pro have anything AF doesn't have? Is is simpler?

@ibanezgr After effects is defiantly the superior. There is almost nothing you cant do with after effects if you buy a few simple plugins, even with out plug ins it is still better. First off AE can work fully in 3d even particles are 3D, whereas Effects Lab is only 2D. If you want simplicity Go with effecs lab but if you want more function go with AE

@ibanezgr Vision lab is just composite lab pro and effects lab pro in one package with a commercial license and some lightning effects added. It is still WAY more inferior than AE. But it is great for a beginner, I bought comp pro and fx lab pro when I was first starting out.

The thing about AE is that it's very complicated, but awesome.

There is a vast price difference between After Effects and VisionLab, let alone the price difference between AE and EffectsLab.

AE is an awesome application, no doubt about it, but if you're on a tighter budget we offer solutions that are still very highly powered. Comparing our products directly against a product that costs much, much more is to miss an important factor in any buying decision: price.

For AE users out there, we also have PowerPlug (electricity) and MuzzlePlug plug-ins for AE.

Worth mentioning:

The FXHome guys are really great at giving support on their boards, as well as taking feedback into the programs.

Also VisionLabs (as well well as all its predecessors) teached me how to properly use layers and how to work with them. Knowledge which I use now in a professional environment in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere and Final Cut.

So if you start out or have a tight budget, there really is NOTHING I could suggest more then this.

You get THAT much bang for your buck.
