Very good valuable flight instruction, it's like sitting in a flight school class, the suit makes you look official, and, adds to the visuals, your responses are all very wise. Your videos are unique and some of the best for breaking past the fear factor on YouTube. Good work!
I found that when the heli is in forward flight, it doestn't take as much pitch in the blades to keep it from climbing. Once its moving forward, you can reduce collective, then if the speed remains constant, you can just bank the heli and pull the nose up like an airplane and rotate it around with the nose. To stop forward flight, you have to lift the nose, and reduce collective to prevent it from climbing then add collective once it stops and hovers.
as for the collective in fwd flt depends on how fast u wana go more you dip the nose the more colective you will have to apply to keep from decending. when doing coordinated turns
to turn at the same alt you will have to reduce the collective in to the turn and bring it back in out of the turn. kinda like a race car in turns with the gas pedel.
hey guys about the flight suit
Remeber RAF WW2 instructors teaching there students pilots in the class room
they would demonstrait with wood models whilst wearing there uniform no embarisment from these guys !!!
be proud to wear it I say + it makes the video look for serious / informative compared to the rest of the other RC helic vids on utube
