I read once that another "benefit" to the corporations who moved to Mexico is that there are no EPA laws with which they comply, so they can just run their byproducts and sewage out into the streets.

They can also spray the fruits and veggies with pesticides banned in the U.S., etc., etc., then import them back for our consumption.
