By the way, for anyone interesting, when he talked about the signature line on a check, I took a look at my own checks and sure enough, it isn't a line. In microprint, it says "authorized signature". You may not be able to see it with just a magnifying glass. I had to use a jewelers magnifier to be able to see it, but sure enough, it's there. Fascinating indeed.

I have and do use A4V for all my debts including house utilities, you name it. I have NEVER ONCE been queried on it by any authority. Those who do have either made a bad mistake in their paperwork that can be construed as some form of serious deceit or fraud. Others have declared themselves total sovereigns and no longer have a birth certificate and try to A4V. That again can be construed as fraud because without a BC you have NO public trust account to use for OFFSETTING...

Tim Traitor was involved with helping at least 2, and as many as 4 of those defendants. They did TT's "secured party process" and allowed the record to be built against them per Tim's process.

He makes it possible for people to create a paper trail based on his "secured party" process that will open the doors for federal indictments. Part of his process involves assigning the Treasury Dept as *your fiduciary*. Another suggests using the birth certificate to offset debt. Altho he was cordial to the lady here, he DOES believe America is christian, despite the Natives that were here before, and he wants to enforce, VIOLENTLY, christian concepts on people. Scary stuff!

How is Christianity a cult? So what's the alternative? If you actually listen to what he says he doesn't care what religion you are. This process is about freedom; that includes freedom of religion. Does what you support advocate that? And if you do the history you will see that this nation was founded as a Christian nation. It's gone to crap now because the nation has abandoned Christian principles. And since when does he advocate violence? You sound like cointelpro to me. Beware of cointelpro!

Andrew: Any belief system based on a book, written by people you've never met, describing events you never witnessed, that is then held out as "fact," is a cult by definition. Tim wants to enforce biblical law based on the use of violence if necessary; HE SAYS SO (April 09)! I've seen many hours worth of his seminars as a law student myself. What I support advocates absolute freedom to pursue God as one wishes. History shows a non-christian culture here 1st, then violent christians taking over.

There is a difference between open violence and self defense. The current governmental system is needlessly violent to innocent people everyday, people have a right to defend themselves. I believe you're missing his point. And historically you are talking about England and phony Christianity. Nowhere in Christianity does it say that you should force your beliefs onto others. That's in part why there was a revolutionary war so anyone could practice any religion as long as they didn't hurt anyone.

For the record, we are likely on the same team with the same objectives. But the "phony christianity" excuse has been used far too many times. The bible advocates violence, plain and simple. Far too many christians do as well, regardless of the interpretations (which is what makes christianity so disturbing; it's all interpretive). I'll provide the link to his April seminar if viewers want it. He advocates KILLING lobbyists in the Republic! I'm anti-lobbyist! But I do NOT support that!

We are probably both on the same team but I am a Christian and want my beliefs respected just as you wants yours respected. I don't want violence either but if someone wants to cause me hard I will defend myself. And Christ never advocated violence. It's MAN who interprets things how he wants to but if you read what Christ said it was the opposite of "Christian history." And lobbyists, Tim's referring to treason which under the constitution is a death sentence. I think they should rot in jail.

Just as long as we understand "respect"...I do not want my family exposed to christianity or pushed on them, ever. If YOU want to participate in it, I have no problem with that, as long as you keep it away from us. Man does interpret everything, which is why no book will ever define God. It's impossible. I don't believe in worshiping old books. I'm the same on violence; mess with me, I'll defend to death if need be. Lobbying is not treasonous by definition, hence my problem with his stance.

(I just realized we checked in at the same time)...I wanted to add that altho I'm not pro-abortion, I am pro-choice. No govt should interfere with a woman's body, and this concept, when it comes to christians, concerns me greatly. This is another reason why I find christianity abhorrent. Abortions are a horrible thing, but, govt can NOT interfere. I think Tim's stance would have govt interfere. And, I do believe eventually the current govt will be replaced with the Republic once again.

I have no problem with any religion as long as no one tries to hurt me with theirs, or push it off on me. I have friends from all religions. But also there are a ton of types of Christianity out there. I'm aware of all the fanatics and think they're way off. And I don't worship any books. To me the bible is more of a guideline and historical lesson. I only worship God. And it's not lobbying per se that's bad, it's what they're doing behind closed doors that's treasonous.

Regarding what you're saying it's all good to hear, but please remember that the bible is not historical fact. "History is written by the victors," as the expression goes. It also describes events that resemble myth or outright fantasy-novel type stuff. The guideline that spans all beliefs is your "do unto others" aka golden rule. That is all that's needed, & is universally accepted.

Maybe being an esquire in london will get you a free cup of coffee but it won't here. In 1856 Bouviers says: "An amendment of the constitution in this respect has been recommended by congress, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN RATIFIED by a sufficient number of states to make it a part of the constitution."
From 1856 til after the civil war I doubt a 13th Amendment was passed then buried in favor of the current one.

HOWEVER, 'Esquire' has never been a "Title of Nobility".
'Mr'., 'Miss', 'Ma'am' and 'Sir' are also titles of respect, does this mean they are Nobility also?
This is all moot as there was no "TONA" ratified.

1) He is wrong about the Contituion, it was passed on September 17, 1787, it was NEVER rejected.
2) His definition of a Republic is way off the mark. Republic: 2 : a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law--Merriam-Webster's Dictionary of Law
3) What law requires a flesh and blood victim?
4) He's also wrong about changing the Constitution.
